Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of a request will result in Account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Any winnings accumulated in an Account where the user is subsequently found to be under the age of 21 will be forfeited without exception.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one pkr47 Account. Registering or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal information, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr47 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently ban the User, with forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your pkr47 Account, including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkr47 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr47 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. You must notify pkr47 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pkr47 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to secure your login credentials.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. pkr47 may notify you of inactivity and may, after reasonable notice, apply an inactivity fee or close the account in accordance with its inactivity policy. Remaining balances will be handled per applicable regulatory standards.

All funds deposited into a pkr47 Account must belong to the registered Account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited. pkr47 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All deposit methods used must be registered in your own name.
pkr47 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. pkr47 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and reserves the right to apply standard market conversion rates, which may differ from publicly quoted spot rates.
Users may request a withdrawal of their real money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet satisfying Wagering Requirements) at any time, subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) no active withdrawal restrictions on the Account; and (c) the withdrawal amount meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs 500.
pkr47 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines from the point of request approval. Note that KYC holds may extend these timelines where verification is pending:
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of pkr47's anti-money-laundering compliance. pkr47 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding a specified threshold. Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your pkr47 Account are not directly withdrawable. Winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before Wagering Requirement completion will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
All bonuses, promotions, and offers available on pkr47 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and any other promotional reward — are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all pkr47 bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement is calculated as: Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier. The applicable Wagering Multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion description visible to the User before opting in.
Not all pkr47 games contribute equally toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific bonus terms, the following default contribution rates apply:
pkr47 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at its discretion without prior notice. Bonuses may only be claimed once per User and per household unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk combinations to game Wagering Requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, balance forfeiture, and potential account suspension.
All bets placed on pkr47 are final and binding once confirmed. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming placement. pkr47 is not liable for errors made by the User in bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
pkr47 reserves the right to change betting odds at any time before bet settlement. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked for that bet. pkr47 may suspend, void, or limit markets on any event at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing, event postponement, or abnormal betting patterns.
pkr47 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Bets may also be voided where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not qualify under the specific betting market rules. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the User's pkr47 Account balance.
pkr47 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket, PSL, and other markets where available. In-play bets are accepted subject to the in-play cut-off periods for each event and market. pkr47 is not liable for delays between live events and the in-play interface due to broadcast latency or data feed delays. All in-play bets are subject to the same voiding and settlement rules applicable to pre-match betting.
pkr47 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day across all betting markets. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market interfaces and are subject to change. pkr47 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout for any User at its discretion without providing reasons.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based casino games on pkr47 use certified RNG systems independently tested by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is independently random and is not influenced by pkr47, the player, or any third party. Live casino games are delivered from certified studio facilities using physical equipment under regulatory oversight.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session or slot spin, pkr47's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Where a game round was in progress, the round will be completed automatically by the game software and the result applied to your balance accordingly. pkr47 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting any pkr47 casino game, all affected game rounds are void and stakes are returned. No payout obligation exists for game rounds affected by a malfunction. pkr47 will investigate reported malfunctions and communicate outcomes to affected users within a reasonable timeframe.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr47 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
pkr47 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and, upon finding evidence of any of the above, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close the relevant Account(s) and forfeit all associated balances, including real money deposits where acquired through fraud.
pkr47 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any pkr47 Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the User is suspected of or found to be in breach of these Terms; (b) pkr47 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) the Account is suspected to be involved in money laundering or fraud; or (d) the User is found to be under the age of 21.
Users may request closure of their pkr47 Account at any time by contacting pkr47 customer support. Upon Account closure request, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of pending liabilities) will be refunded to the User's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances not meeting Wagering Requirements are forfeited upon closure.
Upon closure of a pkr47 Account for any reason, outstanding bets that are settled after the closure date will be settled as normal and the resulting credit or debit applied before the final balance calculation. pkr47 is not obligated to notify a User of the reason for a suspension or closure where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

pkr47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from: (a) use of or inability to use the pkr47 Platform; (b) technical failures, server outages, or data loss; (c) third-party payment processing delays or failures; (d) changes to the Platform's features, products, or services; or (e) any decision made by a User based on information provided on the Platform.
Disclaimer: pkr47 provides its Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. pkr47 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr47 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles. References to applicable law in these Terms refer to the laws of that governing jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of pkr47 services, you agree to first contact pkr47 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pkr47 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed institution. The seat of arbitration, the language of proceedings, and the applicable procedural rules shall be determined in accordance with pkr47's governing jurisdiction. Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration against pkr47.
pkr47 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect User rights or obligations — pkr47 will provide reasonable notice of the changes by displaying an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.
Your continued use of the pkr47 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of pkr47 and close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
